  • Step 1: Preheat the Oven
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 12-cup muffin tin with butter or olive oil.
  • Step 2: Prepare the Egg Mixture
  • Crack the eggs into a large mixing bowl and whisk until smooth. Add chopped spinach, salt, and black pepper.
  • Step 3: Fill the Muffin Tin
  • Pour the egg mixture evenly into the muffin cups. Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese on top.
