How to Make Spinach Egg Muffins
Step 1: Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 12-cup muffin tin with butter or olive oil.
Step 2: Prepare the Egg Mixture
Crack the eggs into a large mixing bowl and whisk until smooth. Add chopped spinach, salt, and black pepper.
Step 3: Fill the Muffin Tin
Pour the egg mixture evenly into the muffin cups. Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese on top.
Step 4: Bake
Bake for 18–20 minutes until the egg muffins are fully set.
